Привет! Hello! Ciao! Salut ! ¡Hola! Oi! Hallo! Γεια! สวัสดี Cześć! Hej!

My name is Artem and I’m 26 years old. I was born and grew up in Novosibirsk, which is located in the very center of Russia — Siberia. I lived for a year and a half in the best city in Russia (imho) — St. Petersburg — and I also plan on living somewhere in Europe.
As you may have guessed by my different “hellos,” I love foreign languages. Above are the languages I’ve studied in chronological order. I don’t speak all of them, but I’d be happy to read your comments written in any of them.

When I started studying foreign languages back in 2013, I found channels and podcasts where native speakers talked about interesting topics and that were accompanied by subtitles and transcripts. This allowed me to immerse myself in new languages over and over and learn them much faster than I could taking language courses.
In 2018, I decided to create a channel and podcast based on a similar concept, but this time for learners of my native language — Russian. And thus was born the Russian Progress project, whose name symbolizes your dramatic progress in Russian!
Thank you guys for your interest in the Russian language and Russian culture!
Below are all the links related to the project and me.
Russian Progress — YouTube channel for studying and practicing the Russian language and for those who already have a (pre-)intermediate or high level. More than 100 videos in Russian with subtitles.
Russian Progress Podcast — podcast for more advanced learners. Episodes sometimes last half an hour, but are always accompanied with a full transcript on Patreon. More than 30 episodes already.
Instagram — I announce new videos and podcast episodes here, and sometimes record mini-videos with helpful words and phrases.
Patreon — A way to support the Russian Progress project and receive bonuses for it, for example: early access (to videos and podcasts), transcripts, extra content and more.
Paypal.me — A way to support me and my work with a one-time payment.
My Language Channel — Here you can find videos in all languages that I mentioned above. I’ll record a new video with all of them soon because my first one is a little dated.
“Languages” Group — One of my first language blogs (from 2014) but that is still more or less active. There, I write about studying languages and share cool resources.
